Pengalaman Check up dan Bersalin di Hospital Putrajaya

Monthly Check up 

Mase mula2 dapat tau pregnant, my husband terus tanye nak bersalin kat pri ate ke nk bersalin kat gov?
Kalau ikut hati, mmg la nak bersalin kat private..tp I ni kedekut  sayang duit sket orgnye..haha..so, I pilih la nak bersalin gov..tp amik yg private wing(full paying patient.).kire tgh2 la..xprivate n xgov fully..full paying patient ni macam private tp harga die muraahh dr private hospital...hehe..

Kat Hospital Putrajaya ni, obgyn for fpp (full paying patient) die ade 4 org kalau xsilap..dr.hamidah, dr.hazim, dr.azmi and dr.azim.. kalau nak bersalin kat sini, make sure dtg register awal2 sbb selalu penuh..lg satu, kalau dtg lambat sgt (mase da 22weeks or more) diorg da xnk terima..mase I dtg dulu, niat hati nak dgn dr.hamidah tp die da full..so, I pilih la dr.hazim..little that I know, dr.hazim ni hod(ketua jabatan) o&g..untung la jugak dapat dr hazim..hehe

For registration, kene bayar rm100 then, rm60 untuk fee..mase jumpe dr selalunye die akan scan and scan tu cost about rm51..so, everytime checkup akan spend around rm111 la for fee and scan..ok la tu..

Check up pn laju sket sbb amik private (fpp) kan..Slalu appoinment pkl 11, bile dtg dapat no 1, kadang2 no 2..hehe..yg jadi lame kalau doktor tetibe kene sambut org nak bersalin..maka tunggu la kau kat klinik tu sampai org tu siap beranak..haha..mase check up tu, kalau korang ade pape soalan nak tanye kat doktor, korang tanye je..macam doktor hazim ni die tak banyak sgt tanye2 soalan kat patients..die tgk2 patient, tgk baby pastu kalau sme ok die pn ok je la..bile ade soalan then tanye, baru la die akan jawap..maybe die tanak bagi lebih2 info kat patient kot..patients zaman sekarang kan suke google ape2 problem yg diorg ade..huhu

Btw, mase checkup kat Hospital Putrajaya ni, I also did rutine check up kat klinik kesihatan..kene banyak keje la pegi check up 2 kali..tapi on the bright side, check darah, gula sme takyah bayar kat klinik kesihatan..Injection pn xyah bayar.. (mase pregnant ade 2 kali kene inject..tetanus punye injection kalau tak silap) dr hazim pn galakkan check up klinik kesihatan..die pn cakap check darah xyah la bayar nnt..hehe..paham2 je dr ni I kedekut  jimat duit..

Summarynye, not bad la check up pregnancy kat Hospital Putrajaya ni.. (for private la..kalau patient tak private jenuh gak menunggu giliran). Sape2 interested nak bersalin kat sini on private wing (full paying patient ) pegi je kaunter pertanyaan kat klinik pakar..nanti diorg akan terangkan pasal fullpaying patient punye package..pastu terus je book appoinment dgn selected doctor..da macam promoter hospital putrajaya da pulak..hehe


Bersalin

I bersalin overdue..40 weeks 2 days..resah gelisah la jugak menunggu bersalin tu..dah la mase nk msk 40 weeks tibe2 satu badan kene gatal2..ya allah..seksa gile gatal2 tu..tuhan saje la tahu macam mane menanggung kegatalan..pegi klinik pn xjadi ape..xde ubat..ubat die ialah bersalin..dotor cakap rash ni mmg common thing..selalunye akan hilang lepas bersalin..maka, I pn tabahkan la hati tunggu hari bersalin..overdue la pulakkk..gerraamm je I..huhu

I bersalin 19 june..tp sebenarnye mase 17 june malam tu da start rase contraction..kite first time nak beranak kan..manelah tau macam mane rase contraction tu..sakit die still boleh tahan mase tu..so, lek je la..ade rase macam air keluar sikit2..tapi bile check takde pape pn..so, rilek je la..siap pegi keje lagi esknye..haha..esknye tu pukul 4petang da balik rumah from keje sbb rase sakit die da bertambah tp still leh tahan..ddk lepak2 relax2 kat rmh..makan nasi dlu pastu baru call husband bgtau ade rase sakit sket..husband jenis gelabah.. (first time kann..haha) terus la balik rumah and kitorg terus gi hospital..

Sampai kat hospital, kat bilik bersalin tu..nurse pn check2 la..check heart beat baby sme..pastu ramai la pulak doktor houseman..letih menjawap soalan2 diorg..nasib baik la tak sakit sgt..haha

Pastu, doktor pakar datang..doktor hazim xde mase tu doktor yg check xsilap dr azmi..check bukaan berape cm..sakitnye laa bile die masukkan tgn nk check tu..2cm..die terus admit ward..mungkin sbb kitorg fpp doktor terus admit ward..kalau patient gov biase 2cm tu die sruh balik rmh dulu..


Sepanjang malam kat ward nurse suruh kire duration of contraction dgn berape kerap..die kate kalau da selang 1-2 minit panggil die..tapi sakit die dtg every 10-15 mins sepanjang malam..sakit xsakit sgt la..still boleh tahan lg..

Esk paginye, dalam pukul 8pg dr.hazim dtv untuk check bukaan..I officially hate check bukaan..sakit hokeeh..4cm..terus die sruh masuk labor room..

Dalam labor room diorg letak machine untuk tgk contraction and baby's heart rate..Pastu diorg masukkan pitocin untuk rapatkan contraction..I relax je lagi..even after doktor pecahkan air ketuban pn still boleh tahan sakit lagi..siap watsapp2, berfb, call2 cousin..haha..lame jugak la dalam labor room..3-4 kali jgk la diorg dtg check bukaan..benci betul..dalam pukul 250 camtu doktor cakap da 10cm..mase tu mmg da sakit gile meronta2 da atas katil..allah je la tahu..
Lupe plak nak cite..mase masuk wad bersalin tu I request epidural..konon2 tanak sakit la..nak simpan tenaga nak push..tp xleh sbb I ade history of backbone surgery..amik la bersalin normal..diorg (hospital) bagi ubat tahan sakit yg sedut2 tu.mase tgh sakit gile tu, ubat tahan sakit tu rase macam xjalan langsung..nasib la yg sakit gile tu tak lame..dalam 10-15 mins kot..push baby pn xlame jugak..thanks la nurse2 n husband kat tepi memberi semangat mengepush baby kluar..mase baby crowning doktor siap leh panggil husband dtg tgk kepala baby..haha..berani plak husband tgk..at 308pm, selamat la kluar baby girl weight 3.2kg..syukuurr alhamdulillah..

Pas baby kluar diorg kluarkan uri sme pastu doktor jahit perinium..lame rase doktor menjahit..berhati2..mase jahit tu die bius rasenye..tp bile jarum tu cucuk terase la jugak..tp xde la sakit..macam kene cubit2 je..after that dalam pkl 7 camtu kitorg kluar labor room n naik ward..keluar ward the next day..biasenye diorg akan tunggu mommy da kencing berak and baby da berak baru leh balik..selagi baby xberak xleh kluar..huhu

Well, ikut pengalaman I not bad la bersalin sini..bill kitorg dalam 2000++..yg mahalnye bilik (sbb first class) ngn jahitan perinium tu..tp xyah berkire sgt la jahitan mahal..mase nurse check jahitan (mase pantang kt melaka) die siap puji lagi jahitan cantik..haha.. ade dgr cite org jahitan xcantik jadi xselesa la mase pantang..so, xyah kedekut sgt bab bayar jahitan..hehe

After a year post - summary of one year journey

Oh wow! its has been a year already??
i've been busy with being pregnant and raising a baby..haha

so, what happen in one year? oohh..soo many awesome things happen for the pass one year.

the reception was held at Setia city convention city. it was such a lovely and pretty place. the reception was simple and beautiful. so happy for Shafini and Harriz. 

April - Fraser Hills Trip

Another friends of us were getting married on june so, we decide to celebrate her "last two months of being single' at fraser hills. we did her bacheloratte party there too. unfortunately, i did not snap any pictures. =(

 there, we stay at Shell house- thanks to Zainur. the place was spacious and super comfy. The house that we stayed in only have two huge rooms. So, we saperate the room to boys and girls room. The room is so big it can fit 10 people or more i think..haha

unfortunately we (my husband and i) cannot attend sakinah and farhan's wedding coz im close to giving birth. sorry guys..we still love u tho..=)

June 19 2013- the birth of our princess

this is the highlight of my 2013. the labor was a super long journey and i'll tell all about it inn other post.

Phuket Trip /Guide

For our first anniversary we decided to go to Phuket for some vacation :)

We bought the airline tix from Airasia promotion for Rm103 return flight /person. Thank you Airasia for such cheap tickets!! hehe.

We book our hotel through groupon.com. Super great deal! only RM729 for 5days 4 nights stay with daily breakfast +1 dinner + massage..The hotel name is Sensive Hills. A luxury hotel at Kathu area. The staffs here  are super friendly and helpful. The hotel are a perfect stay for honeymooners and people who come to phuket to escape the busy life.

The room is quite small, so we upgraded to a much bigger room the next day for rm50/day. Not bad huh? =)

First day 

So, for the first day we decided to do some island hoping. Also bought the package at groupon.com for rm289 for 2 person. they also provide transfer from hotel. However, u can actually get much cheaper price if u go to Patong beach. They have lots of promotion counter for trips and shows around phuket. Some of the tourist we met says they get a very good deal for james bond island tour.( they said they paid rm120. if u search online the tour is around rm300) pretty good deal huh? the trip start around 9am.

we went on weekend so there are a lot of people at the beach. NOT a good idea to go on weekend

Super pretty beach tho.

We only stay for 30 minutes at Maya beach. enough time for us to go to toilet and take some pics. After that we went for snorkeling. No pic's taken since we both too busy looking for fish in the sea. Snorkelling is not that fun here. they only give us 30 mins and there's nothing interesting to look at. Pulau Perhentian is a MMMUUUUCCHHH better place to snorkel.. then we went to some island(i forgot the name) for lunch. they serve some fish and chicken, rice, and noodles but no pork. we did not eat the chicken tho since they did not say it's halal or not.

Then, we went to Khai bay to do some sunbathing and relaxing.

 they gave us some watermelon and pineapples and soda (free with the tour)

have to pay 150 bath(rm15) for 2 seats

unfortunately, 30 minutes after we arrive at Khai bay, it started raining...booooo. we stay in the boat after that and some of the people keep playing in the rain.

 they have to close the umbrella coz they afraid the wind will blow it awayy

Went back to hotel around 6pm.. overall, the trip was okay and can be more awesome if rain did not come..=)

Second day

Since the transportation in Phuket can be quit expensive, we decided to rent a motorcycle for rm25/day (from our hotel). Taxi are super expensive here. it'll cost rm40 (400bath) for trip to patong which is only 7km away. cars will cost 1500bath/day and gas are like 400bath/liter (which is super expensive since malaysian only pay 190bath(rm1.90)/liter gas.

We have no plans so, we just ride the bike and decided to go to the premium outlet. They have super bad review over the net but we have to check it out since we love outlets!hehe

Well, the outlet is BAAAADDDD! dont go there unless u dont mind wasting your money on cab. we ride bike so, we dont really care. lots of empty store. nothing cheap or worth buying. Most of the shop are under renovation or just undergo renovation so the shop smells like some sort of chemical and i CANNOT breath inside the shop. i have no idea how the worker survive the smell! The only good thing is LEVI'S having 40% off sales the next day so, we decided to come back next day.

Patong Beach trip everyday

For the next three days, we went to patong beach everyday since we have no tour guide and no idea where to go. Haha.. it's a good idea to have a tour guide. i have no idea how much they cost but, if u dont want to wonder around phuket like we did, then get a tour guide!

On the last night before we leave Phuket we decided to watch a cabaret show. we actually want to watch Simon Cabaret Show but it cost us 800bath and no transfer(they only provide transfer for hotel in patong area). when we we strolling along Patong beach, we saw a booth with promotion for the Aphrodite Cabaret Show. We only pay 450 bath(RM45) including free drink (which later we find out is only for mineral water) and free transfer from hotel.

No pictures during the show so, sorry.. but they (the 'girls') are really, really, really pretty...the show are basically they singing and dancing to chinese, korean, english and russian songs. i give them 2.5/5. im not that entertained. mostly because the person who's sitting in front of me are super annoying! he keep talking to his friend throughout the show and keep checking the back. also, he keep moving his head and it's damn difficult for me to enjoy the show. if i have no patience, i probably would have kick his head!(ahhh..sabar...sabarrr)
